Preparations
Please bring comfortable clothes and socks. Do not eat one hour prior to treatment. After a session it's good to give yourself some time for integration. Avoid rushing and, if possible, take it easy for the rest of the day.
Sessions by appointment only. It is kindly requested to give at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given the full price will be charged.
